Why You Are Here

The lists you make and lose. The deadline that only becomes real at midnight. The book you have started four times.

You may have suspected this about yourself for a very long time. Or you may have only just started wondering — sitting in a doctor's office while someone described your child, recognizing far more of it in yourself than you expected.

Either way, the usual next step is a questionnaire. You answer twenty items about yourself from memory, and a number comes out. That is genuinely useful information. It is also entirely self-reported, and it cannot distinguish lifelong attention difficulty from the four or five other things that produce exactly the same complaint.

The Evidence

What is actually established.

Four findings from the peer-reviewed literature. Every source is linked below.

How It Works

Three touches. One plan.

01

Measure

A validated computerized assessment that takes about 45 minutes — set aside an hour. Most online cognitive screens run ten and measure almost nothing. You take this one at home, on a desktop or laptop with a keyboard. It scores nine cognitive domains against age-matched norms, including sustained attention and cognitive flexibility.

02

Interpret

An unhurried consultation, about an hour. Your history in real detail, then What the numbers show, and a careful look at sleep, mood, thyroid, medication, and the other common drivers of the same symptoms.

03

Act

Within two business days: a written plan naming three prioritized things worth acting on first, with the peer-reviewed research behind every recommendation in it.

04

Review

A scheduled 30-minute call to go through the plan together — what it means, where to start, and how to fit it into your actual life.

This is not a diagnosis, and not a prescription.

The World Federation of ADHD is unambiguous on this point: ADHD is diagnosed through clinical interview and history, and cannot be diagnosed by rating scales, neuropsychological testing, or brain imaging. No computerized test can hand you that answer, whatever the telehealth stimulant mills imply.

The Brain Health Blueprint does not diagnose ADHD and does not prescribe or manage stimulant medication. What it gives you is the objective layer beneath the questionnaire — real numbers on the domains attention actually lives in, benchmarked against your age, plus a structured review of everything else that produces the same picture.

Stop guessing at your own history.

One flat fee. No insurance, no referral, and no twenty-item questionnaire standing in for an answer.

The Brain Health Blueprint is a health assessment and educational consultation. It is not a diagnostic evaluation, does not diagnose ADHD, does not include prescription or management of controlled substances, and does not establish a traditional physician-patient clinical treatment relationship.
